UT Scan's AUT Software - PlusWeld 
UT Scan’s data computers are paired with unique self-auditing software called “PlusWeld” which automatically collects all AUT process parameters and weld testing results at the conclusion of the ultrasonic testing inspection.
PlusWeld is a user-friendly Pipeline and Weld Data Management program which automatically interprets and audits the weld testing results. It offers the operator and our clients and consultants a real-time view of the welding progress, defects and defect trending, on an “as is”, daily or project basis. The results are broken down by the welds, welder, defect types or a particular zone of the weld of interest. This will give you quality reporting information on your entire project in real time.

Data Transfer
PlusWeld's data archive and weld management system provide a printout of the daily activities, repair list and all results. All welds and calibrations can thus be printed daily and forwarded to the client.
The data acquisition component of the UT Scan system collects and saves all raw data for future viewing or re-processing. A GPS weld location is obtained for every weld and stored with the weld file (outdoors only).
Automated calibration blocks are designed to transfer to CNC machining and system setup files.
Upon completion of the project, AUT data hard copies are delivered to the client in PDF format. The raw data files will remain with the UT Scan system for future analyses if required.
