UT Scan's PlusWeld Software is a computer-generated reporting system that has a data archive and weld data management system which provide on- demand/on-site reporting and printouts of the daily activities, repair list and all results. All welds and calibrations can thus be printed out daily and forwarded to the client.
The data acquisition component of the UT Scan system collects and saves all raw data for future viewing or re-processing. A GPS weld location is obtained for every weld and stored with the weld file (outdoors only).
Upon completion of the project, AUT data hard copies are delivered to the client in PDF format. The raw data files remain with the UT Scan system for future analysis if required.
