UT Scan has enhanced the overall testing process of pipeline weld inspection services and broken down traditional barriers thanks to UT Quality's extensive experience in the fields of pipeline testing project management, AUT technology, NDT weld testing and information technology.

UT Scan automatically tests your pipeline welds and transmits the data to an
operator who then verifies and approves the results. Mainlines, repairs
or tie-ins can be tested in a continuous cycle with no costly delays to you
with our enhanced testing processes.

All AUT weld testing procedures, techniques and calibration blocks are computer-generated in 3D and are fully integrated for the daily weld testing duties. The weld testing procedure is also greatly enhanced through this leading software driven process by delivering a quicker deployment and execution of the project.

UT Scan’s data computers are paired with unique software called “PlusWeld” which automatically collects all AUT process parameters and weld testing results at the conclusion of pipeline weld testing.
